All the listing leads in the world won’t matter if you can’t close the deal, so follow this advice to make sure you get the best possible results!
1. Remember The Seller is Boss
Real estate agents are experts in their industry, but sellers have much more at stake with the sale of a particular home or property. One area that often causes friction is determining the selling price.

If this situation should arise, the most important thing to remember is don’t be defensive.
Our best advice is to keep this situation from ever taking place. When you recognize your value as an industry leader, you will feel more confident and demonstrate that value to your clients.
One way to do this is to show how you are different from your competitors. Give your clients a strategy that outlines ways in which you will work together. Explain and answer questions before they even come up.
